The Center for Student Services (CSS) offers both undergraduate and graduate students one central location to take care of many administrative needs.

We can provide one-stop assistance in the following areas:

  • Registrar and Academic Records

    Students can access their academic records and transcripts at the university's Office of the Registrar, located in the Center for Student Services. Some issues the registrar can help students with include:

    • Registration for undergraduate, graduate, Lawrence Memorial and Regis North in Lawrence (NECC) Students
    • Process official and unofficial student transcripts
    • Process enrollment verifications

    • Making room requests – faculty/staff only
    • Add/drop
    • Pass/fail
    • Declaration of major and minor including name of advisor assigned to student

  • Student Accounts and Billing

    The Bursar and the Office of Student Accounts are responsible for student billing and payment collection. Fall bills are generated in early July, Spring/Winter bills are generated in early December, and Summer bills are generated in mid-to-late April. Bills include student tuition and fees, room and board (the Office of Residence Life assesses this charge based on room placement), and other charges. Cash receipt collections include payments for the items mentioned above.
