Dr. Jocelyn Mullins, DVM, MPH, PhD, is an Assistant Professor and Practicum Coordinator for the Online Master's in Public Health Program at Regis. She teaches Epidemiologic Methods and advanced epidemiology course.
Dr. Mullins is a public health professional with a background in public health practice and in-person and online education. She has worked as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and as a senior epidemiologist in a state health department. In addition to her applied public health and epidemiology experience, she has taught public health and epidemiology to undergraduate and graduate students for over 14 years. Before entering the field of public health she worked in small animal veterinary practice and the animal pharmaceutical industry. Her research interests include infectious disease epidemiology, online teaching methods, and spatial epidemiology.
