Lindsay Miller (she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor and staff counselor who joined the Regis community in 2018. Lindsay’s professional interests include life transitions, stress management, relationship difficulties, identity development, and mindfulness. Lindsay has a passion for helping athletes and teams grow and thrive by working with them to improve their performance and quality of experience. Lindsay is active in the field of sport psychology with Regis athletic teams and in private practice as a mental performance consultant.
