Serena Cardoso (she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor and the assistant director at the Regis College Counseling Center. Serena’s professional interests include healing racial trauma, identity development, and self-compassion. She views healing through a social justice lens and takes a relational approach to counseling. In addition to her work at the counseling center, Serena is also a clinical supervisor for a community-based program and teaches in the graduate Counseling program at Regis.
