What is CORE ELMS?
CORE ELMS is experiential learning management software Regis College provides to coordinate and track the clinical preparation process and submitted documents.
Each preceptor is given a free CORE ELMS account, through which they must:
- Verify student hours and
- Complete midpoint and final student evaluations.
Activating your Free CORE ELMS Account
Each preceptor must activate their free CORE ELMS account in order to fulfill the program’s requirements. Once the student is approved to begin their clinical placement, the preceptor is sent an email from noreply@corehighered.com with instructions on how to activate their CORE ELMS account. This email will include the CORE ELMS URL, your username, and your temporary password. Please change the temporary password immediately, as it expires after one use.
Please also add noreply@corehighered.com to your trusted email list to ensure emails do not end up in spam. Throughout the preceptorship, you will continue to receive emails from noreply@corehighered.com, including verification of hours reminders and mid- and final-evaluation reminders.
