These bios provide insight into their research interests, industry backgrounds, and teaching philosophies, and preview the wealth of knowledge and real-world insights they bring to their students. John Christie

Accelerated MBA Program Director

John Christie has undertaken multiple roles in higher education since 2009, including as a program director and department chair, and he has been working full time at Regis College since 2014. Previous experience includes an Instructor at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, a visiting scholar at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, and affiliate faculty in the School of Business at Southern New Hampshire University. His practical experience in business comes from many years in the real estate industry, where he was the managing trustee of a REIT based in Manchester, New Hampshire. There, he served in a range of functional areas, including sales and marketing, contracts and legal issues, and investment property management. Some of the classes taught by Professor Christie at Regis include:

Christopher Kubik

Chris Kubik is a Professor of Finance and Accounting in the Marshall M. Sloane School of Business and Communication and serves as the Director of the CFP® Registered Program. His primary teaching interests include corporate finance, investment management, personal finance, and financial and managerial accounting. His research interests include behavioral finance, wealth distribution, and tax policy. Before working in higher education, Professor Kubik worked in operations and finance for Fortune 50 companies, in senior finance and economic positions in state government, and as a registered lobbyist at the state and national level, where he focused his legislative efforts on transportation-related issues. Some of the classes taught by Professor Kubik at Regis include:

Courtney Cole

In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Cole serves as co-program director for the Master's in Product Management. Dr. Cole worked as a communication professional in nonprofit organizations before earning her PhD. Some of the classes taught by Dr. Cole at Regis include:

Charlene Geary

Dr. Charlene Geary is currently an Assistant Professor of Global Business Management at Regis College. Charlene earned a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University, where she taught for many years in the College of Professional Studies Undergraduate Leadership Program, helping students “empower their endless leadership potential.” Dr. Geary is the creator of Personal EntrepreneurshipTM, an idea that before we can be effective leaders, we must have a plan for continuous improvement in our own personal, professional, and spiritual lives. Dr. Geary has experience teaching on-campus, hybrid, and extensive experience teaching online as well.  Some of the classes taught by Dr. Geary at Regis include:
