Under Massachusetts law, Regis College requires that incoming students provide proof of immunizations and health information. This applies to all full-time graduate students under 30 years of age and all full and part-time health science and nursing graduate students regardless of age.
The following includes health forms for various students and programs. Please review the information that pertains to you.
Please click the following link for details and instructions on how to upload this important information: Immunization and Health Forms. This information must be uploaded to the CastleBranch Health Services tracker, our record-keeping system, before you come to campus at the start of the semester. If you do not believe this policy applies to you, please send an email to health.services@regiscollege.edu with your name, age, student status (part-time or full-time), and specific graduate program.
The following information is for students in the following nursing programs:
Complete your immunization and health forms requirements in CastleBranch before you come to campus at the start of your first semester using your CastleBranch Nursing Clinical tracker and therefore do not have to complete the CastleBranch Health Services tracker. You will also have additional nursing requirements that must be completed by the deadline provided by your program. For any questions, please contact Kasandra Bayliss.
You must complete both the Health Services immunization and health forms requirement in the CastleBranch Health Services Clinical tracker since you will not have this information in your CastleBranch Nursing Clinical tracker before you start your first semester on campus. Regardless of whether you are in a clinical course or not, you are required to complete additional requirements. These requirements must be completed, with results uploaded to your CastleBranch Nursing Clinical tracker, by the end of your first semester of your first graduate course. For any questions, please contact Karin Oliveira.
A degree audit is an academic tool used to monitor your progress toward overall degree requirements. As a Regis student, you should review your individualized degree audit at the start of every semester.
To view your degree audit: Log into Regis Hub > Select the Student Planning application > Go to ‘My Degree Audit'
