Updated: Thursday, December 12 at 6 p.m.
Thank you for your patience as faculty and staff have worked to address issues raised by the power outage on campus. Power has been restored to the Weston Campus.
Below you will find a list of exams that were originally scheduled for December 11 or 12 that were rescheduled due to the outage. PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY FOR THE TIME AND LOCATION OF YOUR EXAMINATION.
Please note: If the final exam in your course was already scheduled for Friday, it will proceed as scheduled and does not appear on the list of exams rescheduled from Wednesday and Thursday. (Courses scheduled for a Friday exam, and as noted on your course syllabus, include: MW or WF 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. courses and MW or WF 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. courses.)
IF YOUR EXAMINATION WAS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY, BUT DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE RESCHEDULE LIST:
The faculty member for your class has made a change in the exam requirement and has most likely contacted you via your Regis College email and/or Moodle already. If you have not received a message please contact the faculty member directly.
IF A RESCHEDULED EXAMINATION CONFLICTS WITH AN EXAMINATION FOR WHICH YOU WERE ALREADY SCHEDULED ON FRIDAY, PLEASE REACH OUT VIA EMAIL TO YOUR RESPECTIVE SCHOOL DEAN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (names and emails below).
We have worked to minimize as many conflicts as possible but know that some will still occur. In the event such conflicts occur, Deans will work individually with students to make the necessary accommodations so that they may take the conflicting examination on Saturday, December 14 at 9:00 am in the Testing Center (3rd floor of the library).
IF THERE ARE SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WILL AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO COMPLETE YOUR COURSEWORK,
Please contact Bridget Buoniconti, Dean of Students, or Erin Wisniewski, Dean of Academic Support Services, ASAP to discuss your options.
As always, remember that Regis is here for you. We know this has been a significant disruption in what is often a stressful week and thank you again for your flexibility as together we work to ensure that every student has the opportunity to complete their classes before enjoying a festive and restful holiday break!
Any other questions can be directed to Academic Affairs.
