Weston, Massachusetts - Regis College and Bay State Community Services announce a strategic partnership to support their employee development and recruitment programs through access to undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and professional certificate programs which include tuition savings rates, and use of the Regis campus facilities.
The employees of Bay State Community Services and their family members will have access to undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and professional certificate programs that include discounted tuition and use of the Regis campus facilities.
Regis creates unique partnerships to provide for the needs of its partners, such as Bay State Community Services. The partnerships offer benefits such as discounted tuition, customized program delivery (including the possibility of on-site classes at partner offices) and admission to university events. To support employee recruitment, the partnerships feature access to Regis graduates, a talent pool of exceptionally prepared and dedicated students in several fields, including health care and education.

Partners have access to facilities on the Regis campus located in Weston on more than 100 acres, offering meeting space, a library, fine arts center with theater, auditorium and gallery, athletic facilities and ample parking. Partners also have access to the university’s intellectual capital of faculty and students, infrastructure for joint research drawing on faculty renowned in healthcare and allied professions, and opportunities for incubator space and simulation labs.
Depending on the program, Regis partners’ employees and their family members receive tuition discounts of 10 to 25 percent. The discount is eligible for all on-campus, hybrid, onsite and online certificates, and graduate and doctoral degree programs. There is no cost to establish a partnership, but the mutual commitment empowers partner employees to pursue their educational goals through the university’s exemplary academic programs.

Bay State Community Services has been providing critical community support for over 50 years. Presently, we provide Child and Family Services, Court Ordered Programs, Outpatient Counseling and Integrated Care, Peer Recovery Centers and Resources, Prevention Services, Rehabilitative and Community Justice Support Centers, Residential Adolescent Programs, and Family Resource Centers.
