New Student Check List

  1. Complete the Financial Aid Process
    Students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov. Add the Regis College school code, 002206. While there are federal processing delays this year, no student will be penalized in the consideration of need-based aid if their FAFSA is delayed. Any student wishing to borrow a Federal Direct Student Loan (subsidized or unsubsidized) must complete both a Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Counseling in order to receive the loan funds.

  2. Log in to Your Regis College Email Account
    Regis Information Technology Services (ITS) has already provided you with your credentials via the email address you provided on your application.
    Please note: Beginning July 18, all communications will only be sent to your Regis email.

  3. Complete the Math and Writing Placement Test Through Moodle
    You will receive a Regis login ID and password information via email from the Regis Information Technology Services (ITS) Helpdesk for email and Moodle, the online site for all of your classes.

    Sign in at moodle.regiscollege.edu

    Use your newly created Regis username (e.g. abcd123) and your password. After you access Moodle, select the course titled "Math and Writing Placement Fall 2024".

  4. Complete the Course Registration Process
    Upon completion of your Math Placement test, you will be able to schedule your Advising and Course Selection (ACS) appointment through a link in Moodle.
    Fall classes begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

  5. Send in Your Final Transcripts and Advanced Placement (AP) Scores
    Final high school or college transcripts should be sent by Monday July 1, 2024 or as soon as they are available from your high school or college.

    Email them to admission@regiscollege.edu

    Advanced Placement (AP) scores should be sent to Regis through the College Board by Thursday, August 1, 2024. Please add Regis’ institution CEEB code (3723) to your answer sheets when taking AP examinations.

  6. Register for On-Campus Housing
    Students planning to live on campus for fall 2024 will be able to fill out their housing application on the Adirondack Portal beginning Monday, June 3, 2024.

    Note: you must log in to your Regis account via SPIKE before you can access the Adirondack link below.

  7. Complete Medical Forms
    Massachusetts law requires all incoming students provide proof of immunization, have a physical exam prior to arrival on campus, and complete their health forms.

  8. Waive or Enroll in Student Health Insurance
    Massachusetts State Law requires all incoming undergraduate students to provide proof of required immunizations and medical insurance information. In addition, Regis College requires that students have a physical exam, within the past 12 months, prior to arrival on campus. Students must complete and upload all required medical documentation to CastleBranch, on an online record management system.

  9. Pay Your Student Bill
    All student bills are posted to Regis Hub. Paper statements are mailed to first semester undergraduate students on Thursday, June 27, 2024. All following semesters, students will receive their bills via Regis Hub. Tuition bills are due by Monday, August 12, 2024.

  10. Register for New Student Orientation
    Orientation is critical to the success of each student. You will meet new friends, make connections, learn about your new home, and have fun doing it! Orientation is an overnight event.
