A: Up to 75 credits may be transferred, depending on the program.
Q: Will my credits from NECC transfer?
A: Transfer credits are evaluated individually and awarded for courses that are similar in content and depth to those offered at Regis. Every attempt is made to transfer the maximum number of credits earned before a student’s admission. Typically, all traditional undergraduate transfer students must enroll in 16 Regis courses or 54 Regis credits.
Q: Are there minimum GPA requirements?
A: Yes, NECC graduates participating in the dual enrollment program will be enrolled at Regis if they have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. Certain programs have higher minimum GPA requirements: Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Nuclear Medicine, and Dental Hygiene all require a 3.0 GPA. Please connect directly with the program you are interested in to confirm requirements.
Q: Are there any prerequisite classes I will need to take?

Q: Am I eligible to transfer my credits into all Regis programs?
A: All major programs, except the Regis undergraduate Nursing program, are eligible for transfer admission consideration. However, if you are a potential applicant who currently holds an RN license, we encourage you to explore our RN to BSN program.
Q: Can I transfer my credits into one of the nursing programs?
A: The dual enrollment program does not automatically admit students into the Regis nursing program. However, we encourage students interested in nursing to speak with the program director. Regis offers bachelor’s in nursing, bachelor’s completion, and accelerated nursing programs.
Q: Are the Bachelor’s Degree Completion programs my only options?
A: No, you can explore any of the undergraduate programs offered at Regis, but please note that enrollment requirements vary across different programs. We also offer 30+ workforce development certificates through our Division of Professional Studies.
